The 2019 South Delta Garden Tour was Sunday 23rd June. It included private gardens in both Ladner and Tsawwassen.
The Our 2017 Garden Tour was a huge success and we are so proud to have been nominated and chosen as a finalist in the Delta Chamber of Commerce Hats Off to Excellence Award in the category of Special Events and Tourism!!!
Mandate
Celebrated 65 years in 2017, The South Delta Garden Club was established in 1952 as the Evergreen Garden Club. The name was changed in 2016 to better reflect the type of garden club and to accommodate online searches. Our 100 plus members are typically garden enthusiasts from Ladner, Tsawwassen and Point Roberts.
The mission of the club is to promote the love of gardening, share knowledge and support the community in the beautification of South Delta.
Hosting a garden tour is an ideal way to achieve these objectives and funds raised will be used to supplement expert speakers and activities for the Garden Club as well as to continue our ongoing work at the hospital gardens and other local initiatives.
